However many canapes you choose, the quantity of food will still be enough to last a two hour party. On average we supply between ten and fourteen bites per head. There is no difference in quantity - just choice.

Our canape lists are completely updated and re-priced in January for the year ahead.

We have very experienced waiting and front-of-house staff and suggest the following:
- 100 or more guests - 1 kitchen assistant and or porter - 1 front of house manager
- 70 or more guests - 1 waiting person per 15 guests
- 50 or more guests - 1 waiting person per 12 guests
- 30 or more guests - 1 waiting person per 8 guests
- 30 guests or less - 3 waiting staff

Staff costs are per hour for a minimum of 4 and half hours. After 11 pm travel costs for staff are charged.
After Midnight overtime is charged per hour.

We can also supply and quote for glasses and all bar equipment plus ice together with flowers, venues and staff... anything to make your party successful.

ALL OF THE ABOVE IS SUBJECT TO VAT AND BASED ON A PARTY TO LAST APPROXIMATELY TWO AND A HALF HOURS.
