We take special care with Weddings, as we are committed to making it as stress free as possible for all those concerned. We hope to provide a perfect day whether it is a small Wedding in central London in your home, or a feast in the highlands of Scotland, we can organise it from start to finish.

Canapes:
Chive and preserved lemon blinis topped with crème fraîche, smoked salmon, fresh dill oil and cracked black pepper
Fresh fig, torn buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil filo tartlets with a balsamic reduction
Chorizo and goat’s cheese risotto balls
Asparagus and Parma ham bundles
Starter Course:
Seared tuna with Japanese seasoning set on a glass noodle salad with pea shoots, deep fried noodles and pomegranate pearls with and ginger soy and lime dressing
Served with fresh breads and butter
Main Course:
Fillet of beef oven roasted, served with a red wine jus and horseradish dauphinoise
Served with roasted beets and baby spinach
Pudding:
Iced Scandinavian berries with hot white chocolate sauce
